Operation process:
Insert a single prestressed steel bar into the pier head - unload the unloading valve and start the electric oil pump - reversing oil supply - unloading valve boosting - automatic pier head - unloading valve unloading - exit the prestressed steel bar.
Requirements:
1. Use No. 46 hydraulic oil
2. The steel bar must be aligned with the pier mold, otherwise the three-jaw clamp will be damaged and scrapped.
3. Do not separate the joints as much as possible on site to prevent debris from contaminating the hydraulic system
4. Before the shift, the electrical circuit and hydraulic system of the machine should be checked. If there is an abnormal situation, it should not be put into use.
5. If there is any abnormal situation in use, it should be stopped for inspection. After troubleshooting by professional personnel, it can be used again after confirming that it is normal.
6. The operator strictly follows the architectural design requirements and operates according to the pressure reading value
7. Maintenance must be carried out after work to keep it clean
8. Frequent users of pier head tools should replace the working oil every three months, clean the system, and replace all seals every two years.
