1. Check the elongation in time to achieve "double control"

The system sensor collects the elongation data of the steel strand in real time, feeds it back to the control host, automatically calculates the elongation, checks whether the elongation is within the range of 6% in time, and realizes the simultaneous "double control" of stress and elongation.

2. Synchronous Symmetric Tensioning

One set of equipment controls two or four jacks to synchronously and symmetrically stretch to realize the process of "multi-top synchronous stretching". During the tensioning process, the difference between the displacement and the tensioner is monitored, and each jack is controlled in real time through the synchronization algorithm.

3. Intelligent control, standardize the tensioning process

The intelligent control of the tensioning program is realized, which is not affected by human and environmental factors; the tensioning process elements such as the standstill point, loading rate, and load holding time fully meet the requirements of bridge design and construction technical specifications.

4. With power-on self-test and power-off self-recovery functions

The power-on self-test of the equipment performs self-test on key components. When the power is suddenly cut off during operation, the current process is automatically recorded. After the power supply returns to normal, the subsequent process is automatically completed, and the data will not be lost.
