Manual cutting and threading is labor-intensive and requires a lot of labor. At the same time, the efficiency is low, and the next process is often affected because the progress cannot be kept up. Manual cutting and threading of cables requires a large site space. It must be finished first and then threading. In this way, the length of cutting is not easy to control, which often leads to different lengths of steel strands at the other end of the beam, or exceeds the required length. At present, the rope threading machine is used to cut and thread the rope, and generally only 2 to 3 people are needed. Under normal circumstances, at least two 32-meter prefabricated box beams can be worn in one class.
