GYJ extrusion press is the application tool for extrusion anchorage. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, good sealing performance, high reliability and convenient operation. It is mainly used for extruding sleeves and extruding springs on steel strands, and forming extrusion anchors (extrusion heads) through extrusion deformation. Prestressed steel strands of various specifications can be extruded separately by changing the extrusion die and the top pressure head.

Application

Maintenance of Strand Extrusion Machine:

(1) The extruder should use high-quality mineral oil, and anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended. The oil should be kept clean, often tightly filtered and replaced regularly.

(2) When connecting the oil pipe and the extruder oil nozzle, the interface part should be cleaned and wiped clean. Strictly prevent sand and dust from entering the cylinder. After removing the oil pipe, dust caps should be added to the nozzles of the extruder and oil pump to prevent dirt from being mixed in.

(3) Before the extrusion operation, run 2 to 3 times with no load, and there is no abnormal phenomenon before the operation.

(4) Clean the dirt, iron wire and broken steel wire in the die hole after each extrusion, and apply oil.
