25 Ton Mono Strand Jack
25ton mono strand jack is a small prestressed through-center jack, which can be used for single-strand or multi-hole anchoring construction. When tensioning, it can be self-locking and anchoring, and it can also be anchored by pressing. When pressing and anchoring, a pressing device needs to be installed on the top of the jack.
25 Ton Mono Strand Jack Features
1. The YDC250QX jack adopts the front clip type (that is, the tool anchor is in the front). The steel strand can be stretched with a reserved length of 200mm, which can save the material of prestressed tendons.
2. During the tensioning process, the jack can automatically clamp the prestressed tendons and retract the anchor, thereby reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency.
3. The jack is designed with accessories with various functions, which can be selected according to needs during work.
4. The jack will not spin when working, which avoids the excessive elongation of the steel strand due to rotation.
Application
This mono strand jack is used for the suspension bridge suspender replacement prestressed tensioning project.

Production Details
The shape design of the mono strand jack is somewhat similar to a bottle and a handle-type oil pipe is also welded. The mono strand jack is a hollow jack and can only be used for tensioning a single steel strand.
Accessories provided with mono strand jack: two 3-meter oil pipes, 1 tensioning nut, 1 set of sealing sleeves, 1 anchor retractor, 1 pair of clips.
