Use and Precautions
1.Selection of working oil pressure: Use 46 hydraulic oil, appropriate adjust in a special cold or hot areas. The oil is kept clean and replaced regularly.
2.Before using the new oil pipe, it should be cleaned within the tube,then the oil pipe can be used, the connect remain clean, no sediment or other dirt.
3.Button head can be equipped with various types of high pressure oil pump, but must it be used according to its nom. oil pressure.
4.When heading,the machine is a small cylinder, pressure rise fast,before using, the pump safety valve need set in oil pressure,then could fill oil to avoid sudden high pressure damage to the machine.
5.New button head machine start operation,it may be issued the "hissing" sound, which is left air inside the fuselage, no-load operation after several times will disappear.
Attention:
1）When reassembling the clip, be careful not to break the small spring between the three pieces.
2）The contact between the clip and the anchor ring is lubricated.
3）As the spring processing error, need to replace the spring should choose three long, high degree of spring fit to ensure that the gap between the clip evenly.
4）After each disassembly,wash and reloading, it is recommended to use it after several no-load runs to adjust the gap between the clamps.
5）Corrosion of the steel wire is too serious,heading operate should be within 14cm length in the head of the button heading after the rust removal , otherwise wash the frequent impact of the effect.
