Description

The prestressed extruder is composed of several major components such as the front beam, the main oil cylinder, the guide bar, the prestressed sleeve, the guide bar nut, and the frame. It is mainly used for the extrusion and connection of the steel strand extrusion sleeve. The prestressed extruder is used for extrusion and connection of the steel strand extrusion sleeve. The prestressing extruder is used for single-end anchorage of Φ12-Φ15.7 steel strands. The method of the prestressed extruder is simple and reliable. The machine is easy to use and has high efficiency. It can extrude 20-30 extrusion anchors per hour.



Production detail


Extrusion processing steps:

1. Connect the extruder and the oil pump, and connect the power supply.

2. Apply wetting grease on the extrusion die.

3. Insert the extrusion spring into the steel strand and pass through the extrusion die of the extruder together.

4. Squeeze the sleeve on the outer casing of the stranded wire end squeeze spring.

5. Start the oil pump to supply oil to the extruder and extrude the extrusion sleeve through the extrusion die, so that the extrusion sleeve becomes thinner and nested on the steel strand.
