Support rod
The supporting rod is also called the climbing rod. It is not only the track for the hydraulic jack to climb, but also the load-bearing pillar of the sliding form device, which bears all the loads during the construction process.
The specification and diameter of the supporting rod should be adapted to the jack used. The ball-type clamp jack with a rated lifting capacity of 30kN is used, and the supporting rod is generally φ25 Q235 round steel. The support rod should be straightened and rust removed. When the I-grade round steel is straightened by cold drawing, the cold drawing rate should be controlled within 3%. The processing length of the support rod is generally 3m to 5m. The connection method can use threaded connection, tenon connection and slit welding. The threaded connection is easy to operate, safe and reliable to use, but the amount of machining is large. Tenon connection also has the characteristics of simple operation and large machining volume, and it is easy to be picked up by the jack of the jack during the sliding process. When using slit welding, if there is a slight deviation or convex scar at the interface, use a portable grinder to smooth it so that it can pass through the jack tunnel. When a tool-type support rod is used, the threaded connection is used.
When the template is in the normal sliding state, the allowable bearing capacity of the support rod is calculated.
If the void length is too long due to the slip of the template or the support rod passing through the opening of the door and window, effective reinforcement measures should be taken for the support rod. The reinforcement of the supporting rod can generally adopt methods such as square wood, steel pipe, assembled column box, etc., with the supporting rod being emptied to a certain height while being clamped and reinforced. Assembling the column box is a tool prefabricated with channel steel or steel plate. The two halves of the column box on the left and the right are clamped to the supporting rods and wedged together to play a role of reinforcement. In addition, a dummy column can be used to reinforce the support rod. A section of concrete dummy column is poured at the support rod first, separated by an interlayer, and then chiseled off afterwards.
In recent years, with the successful development of a batch of large-tonnage jacks with a lifting capacity of 60kN-100kN, the supporting rods can be φ48X3.5 steel pipes, that is, commonly used scaffold steel pipes. Because it allows a large length of vacancy and can be connected by scaffold fasteners, it is easier to handle when used as a tool-type support rod and when it is arranged outside of the concrete body.
