1. The bridge tension jack should use 32# or 46# hydraulic oil in summer and 32# hydraulic oil in winter. The oil should be kept strictly clean, finely filtered frequently, and replaced regularly.

2. When the oil pipe is connected to the jack nozzle, the interface part should be cleaned and wiped clean. Pay attention to dust, strictly prevent sand and dust from entering the jack, and minimize the number of disassembly and assembly.

3. When using the new oil pipe for the first time, do not connect it directly to the jack nozzle. It should be cleaned in advance and rinsed with the oil output from the oil pump before use. After removing the oil pipes, the jacks and oil pump nozzles should be equipped with dust caps to prevent sludge from being mixed in.

4. The inner cavity of the piston and the core sleeve of the YCW series jack should be checked frequently for foreign objects falling into it and the inner cavity must be kept clean. After the work is completed, the piston should be returned to the end.

5. Before use, check whether the positioning nuts before and after the jack are loose and whether the screws are completely screwed in place. Otherwise, stop using it until repaired. If there is oil leakage or scratches on the piston surface during use, It should be discontinued when repaired, and can be used immediately after repair is complete.

6. The user disassembles and assembles this type of jack by himself, and it is recommended to use the assembly tool—flaring sleeve and assembly kit. The flaring sleeve is used to install the rectangular ring on the piston, and the assembly is used to install the piston into the cylinder. The use of special assembly tools will make your assembly easier.
