Oil Pump Head
The pump is self-priming axial piston pump, the motor drives the shaft, the piston is pressed into the plunger sleeve through the swash plate on the shaft, and the return spring will raise the plunger, to achieve the reciprocating motion of the plunger, to achieve the purpose of suction and drainage.

Use Requirements
1.Use #46 oil
keep it clean,filter it frequently,and replace it regularly. The height of oil in the cylinder is 150-200mm.To assure the function of greasing,the oil level mustn’t be lower than 150mm,and the temperature mustn’t be higher 60°C.
2.Operating for the first time
Before operation,air exists in each oil container,please open the control valve,the pump running operate just with the oil,expel the air in the pump.
3.Safety valve adjustment
Seal the oil outlet nozzle,starting the motor of the pump,close the unloading valve,adjust the safety valve,and read the pressure meter till designed pressure.The adjusting pressure of safety valve is 10%-15% higher than working pressure.
4.Operate of the safety valve to control the button heading machine.
One end of the high-pressure oil pipe is connected to the nozzle of the button heading machine, the other end is connected with the oil outlet of the oil pump, then the motor of the oil pump is started, the air in the pump is eliminated, and the unloading valve is closed. When the pressure rises to the required heading pressure, the unloading valve is loosened, and the heading action is completed.
5.Manometer calibration
In order to ensure the construction quality and testing accuracy, the pressure gauge should be tested according to regulations.
